The Lessons from MA

Many voters and politicos noticed a theme in Scott Brown’s speech last night: the value of the independent voters.  Brown won because, in the end, he was a moderate candidate running on a common sense platform the Independents not only understood, but related to and were energized by.

Independents are sure to play an important role in every election across the country this November.  They are dissatisfied with the health care proposals, worried about jobs, and displeased the Administration has not fulfilled their promises of transparency- and instead has become more closed off.

Common sense Republicans running common sense campaigns is clearly a winning message and onve that brought a Republican to the US Senate from Massachusetts.
