The 10th District Special Election has provided an opening for Republicans- if and only if GOP candidate David Harmer can convince voters he is moderate enough.


President Obama and top aides have quietly stepped up talks with moderate Republican Sen. Olympia Snowe of Maine on a scaled-back health care bill, according to two sources familiar with the negotiations.


More and more young Americans are becoming disheartened and worried over the recent moves in health care and policy made by President Obama. Is this the opening that Republicans could utilize to start winning back young voters to the Party?

Nevada Republican Chairwoman Sue Lowden said Wednesday that she will step down from her party post to concentrate on her potential challenge to Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., in the 2010 election.
