The CA-10 special election primaries are over: Attorney David Harmer (R) will be facing Democrat and Lt. Governor John Garamendi in the Nov. 3 special election to replace Rep. Ellen Tauscher.


A top Republican senator warned Tuesday that if Democrats try to overhaul health care without Republican support, “it will wreck our health care system and wreck the Democratic Party.”
